Responsible for category sales, margin, income, stocks, market share and prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning
formulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to drive the business growth
responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activities
liaise with other department such as marketing, supply chain, online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangement
Responsible for sourcing and procuring health and beauty products across all relevant age groups, with a focus on current and new trends, from international markets.
Work closely with principle /suppliers worldwide, negotiate deals, and ensure the most beneficial terms for the business.
Play a key role to present to the team, including front-line staff, on how to bring autonomy to the market.

Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree from Business or equivalent background
Minimum 4 years working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong merchandising, product, trend and analytical skills
Strategic thinker, have an eye in detail, good commercial sense and analytical skills.
Team player, positive attitude, able to multi task and also work on ad-hoc requests.
