Implement, execute, overseeing and maintain the stage by stage of Traffic Management Plan for the project.
Arrange traffic team for the traffic items and devices installation such as Blinkers, Concrete Barriers, Plastic Barriers, temporary signboard, string delineators and etc.
Lead the Traffic Management Team (TMT).
Engage with traffic related duties, matters, presentations, meetings, training and related requirement such as Arahan Teknik Jalan (ATJ) and Road Safety Audit (RSA).
Conduct periodic site audit, monitoring, inspection, training & tool box for traffic related matters.
Supervise daily traffic management works and coordinate with Safety Officer and subcontractors on job site.
Study traffic management drawings in order to perform work as per project specifications.
Carry out various inspections and traffic equipment audit at project site from time to time.
Ensure arrangement of traffic equipment are implemented in accordance with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
Enforce safety requirements are adequate at project site and take any necessary safety measures if required.
Coordinate the demobilization activities after project is completed.
Assist in implementing site activities, site procedures and site instructions.
Liaise with clerk of works and supervise the traffic controllers and direct workers to ensure the project progress is on schedule without hindrance.
Perform any other duties set by the company policy, management or his direct superior, which does not include in the above-mentioned descriptions.
