To prepare Letter of Offer and other necessary documents to tenants.
To update payment received from deposit timely and prepare the Tenancy Agreement accordingly.
To prepare or update the tenancy agreement with the latest term & conditions and ensure the renewal of tenancy agreements are on time.
To prepare monthly report on tenant mix and tenant occupancy rate.
To issue Letter of Demand to default tenants and ensure payments are completed according to the date line set.
Issuance of correspondence to tenants pertaining to tenancy matters.
Responsible in stamping of tenancy agreement with Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri.
To assist in preparing of rebate letter to tenants.
Monitor and update the tenant tenure from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least
Diploma/ Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
At least two (2) years of working experience in retail leasing or building services leasing is essential; experience in Commercial Property Industry would be an added advantage.
Good communication and report writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
Self- motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
