In this role you will:

• This is an exciting opportunity for an Internship to embark into a journey in plastic Injection Molding engineering. We develop and train the successful candidate on systematic & scientific injection molding skills that connect all your knowledge in polymer studies.
• We will equip you with skill of optimizing new tools and materials to determine the most appropriate tools, materials and methods to be used in the manufacture of company products. Recommend corrective actions for arrears not meeting specifications
• Coordinate flawless manufacturing execution for medium volume molding production. Review process capability existing tools and processes and revise molding document as necessary.
• Maintains knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) procedures in the interest of reducing scrap and producing quality parts.
• Reduce unplanned downtime with systematic approach
• Maintain detailed knowledge of production materials and resins. Maintain knowledge of mold construction tooling and related molding items and tools.
• Implement world class manufacturing practice and technology to injection molding platform

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

• Undergraduate Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any other equivalent field.
• Basic knowledge on quality management system.
• Basic knowledge on quality management system.
• Good understanding of team dynamic.
• Handling behavioral issues.
• Product and manufacturing process knowledge.
• Problem solving methodology.
• Operating knowledge on SAP system will be an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all level.

• Computer knowledge i.e., Microsoft Office
• Preferred internship period of 6 months and able to start in October/November 2023.
