Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and regional targets.
Prepare and submit operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) for management review, providing insights on performance and improvement areas.
Travel regularly within assigned areas to oversee outlet operations, ensure compliance with standards, and provide on-site support and guidance to teams.
