• Create training schedules for all company departments, track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
• Handle support & logistics for training activities including training materials, venues and equipment
• Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
• Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs
• Develop training aids such as manuals, FAQ\'s and handbooks
• Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs.
• Document feedback and audit results to help the training department identify strengths as well as area of improvement.
• Administrative support for IMS documentation and audits.
• Follow up on training programs post training assignment and coordination of presentation if needed.
• To connect with stakeholders on training required and working with the Technical Skill Development team members in realizing the request

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any Industrial related field, preferably experienced in any form of Technical Training or equivalent
• At least 1 years of working experience in the related field preferably in Assembly/Production
• Technical Knowledge is required for this position
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in Adobe Premier Pro and Canva will be added advantage.
• Possess good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
