Requirements
A degree holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operation / Credit / Islamic Banking
Strong oral and written communication skills
Confident with good interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong conceptual thinking ability and adaptability to new technology and digital tools / platforms
Experienced in one or more of the following:
a) Soft skills training and sales of financial products b) Competency framework design and talent development c) Development of training or organisational learning activities / gamification * Display consistent self-development and awareness of industry trends
This position may include travel to other locations and will require flexibility in scheduling
