Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer specializing in beauty therapy,

headspa, and massage techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

delivering hands-on training, designing training modules, and ensuring high

standards of service delivery across our outlets or teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct practical and theoretical training in: Beautician skills (facials, skincare, etc.) Headspa treatments (scalp analysis, hair care & treatments, etc.) Massage therapy (traditional, aromatherapy, deep tissue, etc.) Develop training manuals, SOPs, and evaluation materials Monitor and assess trainees' progress and provide feedback Provide coaching and re-training to improve service quality Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques Assist in onboarding of new therapists

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Beautician or Spa Therapist (minimum 5 years preferred) Previous training or leadership experience is an advantage Strong knowledge of beauty and massage techniques, including headspa services Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire and mentor junior staff Multilingual ability is a plus (e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin)
