Job Description
- Able to work shifts turn, weekends, eve of public holidays and public holidays.
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B industry.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Patient, empathy and outgoing.
- Strong interpersonal skill with logical and innovative mind.
- Posses own transport.
- To train new employees in operation stations.
- Passionate with KOI and achieve job satisfaction through training of new employees.
- Independent in planning, implementing, organize training schedule and assessment for employees.
- Willing to interact with employees from all walks of life, help them to blend in with KOI.
- To assist in identifying training needs and measure effectiveness training by post evaluation.
- Be innovative and creative in finding suitable and effective training methods for employees with different characteristics.
- To implement research and development for new beverages.
- To perform market research.
- To perform other administrative and coordination duties required for training.
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS.
