Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or above.
- Fluent in English (B2+) and Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Minimum 1 year training experience in a BPO/contact centre; e-commerce/marketplace exposure preferred.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and content development skills.
- Organized, adaptable, fast learner, and able to work under pressure.
- Must work on-site in Johor.
- Deliver onboarding, refresher, and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and manuals.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Track training attendance, completion, and assessment results.
- Collaborate with Training, Operations, and QA teams to align initiatives with business goals.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
