Job Description

Objective:

Support organizational growth by creating and managing retail educational content. Contribute to the delivery of engaging training sessions using varied methodologies and assist in developing new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and impact.

Responsibilities:



Facilitate engaging and result-driven training sessions using interactive methods such as experiential learning techniques, role-playing, and simulations. Optimize selected training and educational content such as blogs, webinars, and video testimonials across multiple social media platforms to increase engagement and knowledge retention. Training delivery to different audience including corporate executives and frontline employees. Support the measurement of training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training support. Active involvement in new business opportunities by strategic partnerships and identifying new markets for training programs.

Continuous Train-the-trainer will be provided to uplift your skills and knowledge in the modern retail world today

Requirements:



Educational and Certification:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Education/ Teaching/ Training, Marketing/Business Development, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology or equivalent
Working Experience:

Fresh graduate OR Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of working experience in Training and Development or Marketing and Sales
Specific Skills:

Good communication, presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) or Google Drive (Slides/Sheet/Docs) Advantage if Competent in social media and creative content creation using Canva/Capcut or any relevant editing software Understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape Advantage if have Proficiency in SEO, SEM (such as Google Ads), and executing effective email marketing campaigns.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
