Finance Manager cum Trainer
to join our team.
Responsibilities :
Manage the full set of accounts, including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Analyze monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows) and effectively communicate findings to the Director as requested.
Prepare year-end financial books for audit and ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare and present monthly business performance review reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
Ensure operational compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. Act as a liaison for any necessary compliance issues related to external parties (tax, auditing, company secretary).
Lead and deliver financial training sessions to external clients, ensuring participants gain practical knowledge and skills.
Prepare comprehensive training modules and materials, ensuring they are tailored to the needs of the audience.
Provide personalized assistance to clients requesting financial guidance or support.
Participate in webinars or seminars, both physically and virtually, as required, to represent the company and share financial expertise.
Desired skills & requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
Proven experience in managing financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Prior experience in training or mentoring individuals is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
