Job Description




This incumbent will support both the Training and SME Department. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned. The ideal candidate will measure production quality and quantity, in which learning tools are applied to improve both.

Job Requirements

Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses.
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom Marketers and SME Partners
  • Build training programs and prepare teaching plans
  • Develop or oversee the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • To direct and deliver structured learning experiences, training and monitor recipients quality results.
  • Periodically evaluate and update ongoing programs to ensure strategic information/knowledge conveyance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for SME partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct needs analysis and gap assessments to identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with SME partners, providing timely and effective communication throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for SME partners during the onboarding process.
  • Manage the documentation and tracking of partner onboarding activities.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to continuously improve the partner onboarding process.
  • Provide information for promo mechanics and attend to Merchant enquires via phone or email
  • To execute and support company events
  • Manage future and existing assigned job, set objectives and report on performance.
Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma in Teaching, Business Administration, Mass Communications, Public Relations or other relevant academic credentials.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience on both or either one of the above said departments.
  • Excellent project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Chinese speaking is preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools with the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to identify gaps in skills.
