Develop lesson plans and ensure quality delivery of classes, training, seminars and workshops etc
Develop learning materials, assignments, slip tests, as well as monitor student progress, achievement and attendance etc.
Maintain high teaching quality and ensure student discipline, mannerism
Provide academic feedbacks on the programmes/subjects and suggest improvements if necessary
Conduct English Language Training/ aviation/ logistic/ cabin crew/ digital marketing,other soft skill & behavioural training, specifically communication skill, grooming, customer service skill and team building etc
Maintain professional relationships with all students and be able to provide pastoral care and support to students.
Perform other tasks as and when required by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: RM1,774.23 - RM5,559.46 per month
