Bachelor degree in a related field from recognized university.
Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in GIS, Training and IT background.
Good communications skills, attention to details and proficient with Computer.
Innovative, friendly, vicarious, approachable and independent.
Candidate with experience in training and development will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Provide support and administration on logistical management, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
Provide an active, hands-on role in working with leaders and team coordinators in developing and implementing suitable content for the courses
Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other training materials.
Facilitate training programs and delivery, including scheduling, invitation, location and facilities management and training delivery
Deliver the training as a Trainer for e-Tanah project
Create evaluation processes and forms, conduct performance evaluations and provide performance feedback.
Assist in performing other specific duties/ ad-hoc tasks for Change Management, as and when required
Train the Trainer (TTT) certificate holder are encourage to apply
