Job Scope

Design and deliver engaging product & sales training sessions for merchandisers and new joiners. Build and update training materials, workshops, and refresher programs to ensure product knowledge is always fresh. Coach teams in-field and in-classroom to ensure compliance, performance and consistent brand standards. Monitor merchandiser performance and provide feedback -- help them improve and hit sales KPIs. Travel to stores/outlets as needed to support on-site training, field audits and ensure training effectiveness.

Job Requirement

Minimum

2 years of experience

in training, sales, FMCG, or retail environment. Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills. Comfortable with fieldwork, store visits, and traveling when required. Passionate, energetic, and confident in engaging and motivating others.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
