Job Description
Job Title: Trainer
Location: Johor
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training sessions on product features, selling techniques, and customer service best practices. Monitor retail performance and provide actionable coaching to improve conversion and brand experience. Conduct in-store visits to support promoters and ensure consistent brand representation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training with campaign goals. Track training effectiveness and report on outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in retail training, sales coaching, or consumer electronics. Strong communication and presentation skills. Able to motivate and influence diverse retail teams. Willing to travel within Penang and nearby regions. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
