Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing & delivering training to retail staff
- Conducting online and in-store coaching on product knowledge & selling skills
- Timely updating retail staff on product information
- Coordinating training events
- Providing pre- and post-purchase customer service
- Guiding retail staff in handling customer\'s enquiries and feedbacks
- Road show support and other administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned by superior
- Professional Certification or Degree in Human Health & Nutrition or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in relevant industry
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Positive customer service attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful & organized
- Able to travel outstation
