Requirements
Possess a Diploma in a relevant field such as Education, Training, Automotive Technology, or Multimedia Production.
Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in delivering training programs, preferably within the automotive or multimedia industry.
Exhibit strong Training Delivery skills, including the ability to engage and motivate participants through various training methodologies.
Demonstrate experience in Curriculum Development, with the ability to design and update training materials to meet evolving needs.
Possess solid Automotive Knowledge, with a comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems, technologies, and industry trends.
Exhibit familiarity with Multimedia Production techniques, including video editing, graphic design, and interactive content creation.
Demonstrate fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with excellent communication and presentation skills in all languages.
Ability to work onsite at Eve Suite, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
Must be able to create training programs that align with the company's strategic focus on expanding its presence in Malaysia.
Must be able to create training programs that align with the company's core operations in multimedia production.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for employees on automotive knowledge, multimedia production techniques, and company-specific software and tools, ensuring a clear understanding of concepts and practical application.
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices in automotive multimedia production.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with department managers to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the organization.
Deliver engaging and interactive training programs, utilizing various methods such as lectures, demonstrations, group exercises, and hands-on projects to cater to different learning styles.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback forms, quizzes, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes and employee performance.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior trainers to design and implement new training initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals and address emerging skill requirements in the automotive multimedia field.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, assessments, and feedback, and prepare reports on training progress and impact for management review.
