This position is responsible for designing, managing, and executing learning strategies and development programs that enhance the capabilities of distributors and employees.. This role ensures the alignment of all training initiatives with our business objectives and culture, focusing on competency building, leadership development, distributors onboarding, and performance improvement across all channels.
Key Result Area:
Sales Capability Development & Training (30%) :
Drive sales capability programs, leadership development, and structured training for different commercial teams (MLM, Retail, E-commerce). Equip teams with modern selling techniques, product knowledge, negotiation skills, and analytics.
Learning Strategy & Program Development (20%)
: Design and implement learning programs aligned with company goals. Include onboarding, business & product training, leadership tracks, distributor training, and soft skills development
Training Delivery & Evaluation (20%):
Facilitate and oversee training sessions (in-person & digital) for staff and distributors, monitor effectiveness using post-training assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
Leadership & CBOs Capability Development (15%)
: Design frameworks for leadership capability and distributor performance building. Run mentoring, coaching, and development programs tailored for distributors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
Compliance & Certification (10%)
Requirements:
1. Minimum 6 years in training and development, talent management, or organizational development.
2. Experience in MLM, or fast-paced industries is an advantage. Exposure to distributor development is a plus.
3. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field. Certifications in L&D, instructional design, or coaching preferred
4. Well verse in Malays and English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a additional advantages.
5. Adult learning principles, blended learning, LMS administration, and evaluation frameworks. Understanding Distributor behavior and motivation is essential.
6. Facilitation and presentation, project management, needs analysis, program evaluation, coaching, communication, digital training tools, and engagement techniques for diverse learners including distributors.
7. Possess HRDC TTT cert is an advantage
