Overview:

The Trainer (Mandarin) is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees, particularly those handling Mandarin-speaking customers or content. Based in

Johor

, this role ensures that staff are well-equipped with product knowledge, operational procedures, and communication skills to deliver high-quality service. The Trainer plays a key role in enhancing employee performance, onboarding new hires, and supporting continuous learning initiatives.
Qualifications:

Education

: Diploma/Degree in Education, Communications, Linguistics, Business, or related field.

Experience

: + 2-4 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in BPO/contact center or service environment.
+ Experience delivering training in Mandarin for customer service or operational teams.

Language Proficiency

: + Fluent in

Mandarin and English

(spoken and written).
+ Cantonese is an advantage.

Skills

: + Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to engage, motivate, and coach participants effectively.
+ Good analytical and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in training tools, Microsoft Office, and online learning platforms.


Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

+ Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees in Mandarin.
+ Deliver workshops, classroom sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
+ Ensure training materials are understood and applied effectively.

Curriculum & Material Development

+ Develop and update training materials, manuals, and guides in Mandarin.
+ Customize content based on team needs, business updates, and client requirements.

Assessment & Evaluation

+ Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee understanding and performance.
+ Monitor progress and provide feedback for improvement.
+ Identify training gaps and propose solutions.

Collaboration & Support

+ Work closely with team leaders, QA, and operations to align training with business needs.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives through training insights and recommendations.

Reporting & Documentation

+ Maintain records of training attendance, performance, and evaluation results.
+ Prepare reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.
