: Prepare analysis for training, plan, design & implement present/new training programs to achieve outcomes and organizational requirements (TNA) Assist & co-ordinate with QAQC Manager on annual traning as per required for ISO and regulatory bodies such Bomba ,JKR & etc certification. Create and support standard work and technical training practices Validate technical training effectiveness through the audit process. Develop and monitor training plan for employees in all functions encompassing procedures ,work instructions, quality plans & form Provide support and documentation expertise to initiatives (edit standard work documentation ,oversee training/retraining and provide suggestions on what training tools would be most effective) as necessary. Partner in safely & quality training within the site Provide consistent updates and provide feedback to managers and supervisors on trainees progress and aptitude Ability to manage projects and work in a cross functional team Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safely requirements directed by the department General training administration duties and other ad-hoc assignments Our Requirements: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, individual whom have conducted training before will be highly preferred. Posses at least a Diploma Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
