Jobs Responsibility - Be the subject matter/ product expert for the assigned brands and be constantly updated with the latest products/ services launched by the Principal. - To work closely with the Principal and execute the quarterly training plans, covering the training needs for both internal & external stakeholders. - To provide product trainings / trainings topic determined by the Principal to internal staff, key customers as well as ad hoc promoters. - To carry out store merchandizing audits for the assigned key partners and provide timely feedback for improvements to the audited stores. - To prepare the quarterly training reports and lead the performance review session with the management and the Principal, to ensure Training & Audits KPI are met. - To be able to take on ad hoc special projects related to store merchandising, promoter placement, etc. - To handle the returned DOA from Dancom\xe2\x80\x99s Resellers and manage the claims with the Principal. Experience - The candidate should have a minimum 3-5 years training or customer engagement experience, with either Consumer Electronics (mobile phone / audio devices/ gadgets/ accessories), FMCG or Distributors environment. Skillsets - A go-getter with sense of ownership and urgency - Have great interest in technology and latest gadgets - Excellent communication and presentation skill - Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must. - Able to work independently without supervision Qualification - Minimum Diploma / Degree holder sale of telecommunication and information technology products and provision of related services Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
