Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a structured and interactive onboarding session Introduce new employees to our company culture, systems, and processes Facilitate scheduled monthly and quarterly training sessions (e.g., communication tools, compliance, leadership skills) Work closely with department leads to keep training relevant and effective
Requirements:
Experience in corporate training or onboarding facilitation Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) - both spoken and written Ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
