Requirements: Degree in HR/ Business Admin/ Marketing or related Proven experience in training coordination and administration, preferably in a corporate environment Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with Department manager and trainees and identify training needs and to create customized training programs to address those needs. 2. Implement strategics plan which is needed for the Department such as expanding to 3rd party training and obtaining permit/certification from the related authority. 3. Coordinate and schedule trainee training programs, including test book translation arranging for trainers, booking training facilities, and sending out invitations and reminders to participants. 4. Develop and maintain training materials, such as manuals, presentations, handouts and reporting on trainee training progress. 5. Ensure that training programs are aligned with company objectives and policies, and that they meet the needs of trainee at all levels of the organization. 6.
