Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and administer training schedules, registrations, and participant communications. Manage training records, attendance, feedback forms, and certification issuance. Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of training sessions. Support the preparation of training materials, handouts, and digital content. Assist in marketing training programs through email, social media, and other communication platforms. Maintain databases, filing systems, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements. Monitor training evaluation results and provide administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the Training & Development team.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.

At least 1 years of working experience in training administration, L&D, or related areas (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

(verbal and written). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online learning platforms. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong customer service mindset with a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
