Role Description The Training Assistant will join force with the People Management Department and be responsible for putting together the training & development structures, assisting in coordinating, planning, and conducting training activities, as well as creating and maintaining training materials. The Training Assistant will also ensure that training programs align with company and industry standards, provide guidance and support to participants, trainers and facilitators, and maintain accurate records of training activities. Education Bonus : Not compulsory, but if you\'ve got a bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Education, Human Resources, Psychology or something related, that\'s a big plus.
