Responsibilities
Scheduling training session, coordinate training with master trainer & handle pre-training preparations
Ensuring training material & training contents are up-to-date
Assists master trainer to create training support materials
Record attendance for training session
Prepare training reports & helping arranging induction program timetable
Keep track of training records & maintaining them
Providing general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
Collecting details from feedback form and presenting to the Master Couch or Facilitator
Planning, developing, and implementing effective quality assurance policies and procedures for learning school
