As a Training Business Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting training programs, building strong client relationships, and coordinating training services. This role combines sales, customer engagement, and training operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people interaction and administrative organization.
Job Duties
1. Sales & Business Development
Promote the company's training programs to potential clients (corporates, SMEs, government agencies).
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Prepare and present proposals or quotations tailored to client needs.
Meet sales targets set by the management.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after training delivery.
Gather feedback and handle client inquiries or concerns professionally.
3. Training Coordination & Administration
Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions.
Coordinate with trainers, venues, and participants to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare training materials, attendance lists, and certificates.
Maintain proper documentation and client records.
4. Marketing Support (Optional / Depending on Company)
Support digital marketing efforts (e.g., canva, presentation, email campaigns, social media promotions).
Participate in training events, roadshows, or webinars.
Education
Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Experience
Fresh graduates or at least 1 year working experience
Required Skill Set
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in minimum supervision and independently.
Interest in training, learning & development industry.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus.
Willing to travel locally and internationally.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
