Responsible in managing Shariah Training functions and infrastructure to allow SCSB to be managed in a Shariah compliant manner fulfilling both the regulatory and business requirements Responsible in building a knowledge-based culture in SCSB Responsible in building sound training infrastructure in SCSB. Key reference in the training requirements of SCSB encompassing SCSB\'s own staff as well as staff of SCBMB whom we are leveraging sales and service support Responsible to develop comprehensive training plan which includes e-learning and lead the effort to roll-out new certification programs with other BNM certified Islamic training provider Business . Responsible for effective delivery of knowledge in Shariah, Saadiq products and services for new joiners and conduct refresher trainings to existing staff in SCSB, SCBMB, GBS & Price Solutions. Develop new training initiatives via new methodologies, channels and modules to improve on deliverables, coverage, effectiveness and quality of training Responsible in planning, coordinating and executing the Mystery Shopping program for SCSB and SCBMB branches. Responsible for developing other effective tool to measure Shariah understanding amongst staff and officers trained Responsible to update training progress to Shariah Committee members on regular basis Responsible on SCSB branding and awareness which includes planning, managing and executing sales/sponsorship events, donation program, award submission, paper write up, etc Responsible to provide business support to Employee Banking, Business Banking, Priority Banking and Branches To support in achieving the financial numbers for RB Processes . Responsible for review and approval of all training documents involving SCSB products and services -to ensure compliance with Shariah People & Talent . Responsible for SCSB training requirements including the training requirements for Shariah Committee members, the Shariah training requirements for SCSB Board members, senior management of SCBMB supporting SCSB\'s business, SCSB staff and staff from SCBMB, GBS, Price Solutions, Call Centre and Collections supporting SCSB products and services. Risk Management . Support Head, Shariah managing Shariah Risk for SCSB Governance Responsible for engagement with internal and external parties in planning for completion of the annual training plan. Responsible for assisting Head, Shariah on training plan encompassing training requirement for Board Members, Shariah Committee members, Senior Management of SCBMB, SCBMB staff supporting SCSB operations, sales staff, supporting department staff and etc. Responsible to ensure successful execution of the annual training plan. Responsible for ensuring all training modules are updated and revised according to the latest requirements of governance Responsible for ensuring all training modules related to Shariah, Saadiq products and services are updated and approved by Head, Shariah To ensure full adherence to Shariah requirements in all deliverables under the job scope and promote Shariah compliance culture to stakeholders Regulatory & Business Conduct .
