Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR management (Training), ISO Compliance, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Review, enhance and formulate operational SOPs for effectiveness and efficiency.

2. Identify and implement training programs for HOO and HOP performance development.

3. Assist Head Of Operation to develop New Talent development program.

4. Advise HR and Finance departments on in-house insurance requirements.

5. Contribute in the ISO certification audit process and prepare for new ISO Standards.

6. To ensure reports and records are updated to Management on a timely basis.

7. Perform any other duties as instructed by HOD and/or Senior Management as and when required.

8. Strictly observe Harta Anti-Bribery Policy and all other Company's Rules & Regulations.

9. The existing Roles & Responsibilities are subject to changes from time to time as and when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
