Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a trainer with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to adapt training methods for different learning styles and confidently present to diverse audiences.
• Comfortable on camera with a lively, engaging personality and high confidence.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Strong Information Technology background, especially in managing virtual training platforms, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute training sessions with excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and effective coordination skills.
• Conduct engaging online and classroom-based training as a trainer or (co-)facilitator.
• Deliver training through various methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure training projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Manage training administration, including scheduling, room setup, materials preparation, and participant coordination for in-house and public sessions.
• Arrange and conduct on-site training when required.
• Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
