Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in training coordination, HR, or learning & development.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies (preferred).
:
Coordinate all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars (scheduling, invitations, venues, materials, and follow-up).
Maintain training calendars and ensure timely communication of training events.
Maintain accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) or other tracking tools.
Prepare reports on training participation, completion rates, and feedback.
Monitor and track employee certifications and compliance-related training.
Assist in developing and updating training materials, manuals, and presentations.
Gather feedback from participants and trainers to improve future sessions.
Act as a liaison between internal departments, trainers, and external training providers.
Communicate training opportunities and requirements to staff and management.
Ensure training programs align with company objectives and employee development plans.
Source and coordinate with external vendors or consultants when necessary.
