We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to be part of our vibrant network support team. This position plays a key role in organizing, coordinating, and delivering impactful events that strengthen agent engagement and recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless event execution that enhances brand presence and supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Coordination:
Develop and manage both physical and virtual events related to agent training and recruitment.
Secure event details such as dates, venues, and speakers well in advance--preferably two months prior to the event.
Handle end-to-end logistics including venue arrangements, catering, audio-visual setup, travel coordination, and accommodation for participants.
Oversee event budgeting to ensure efficient spending while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment of event objectives with company goals.
Engage and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, sponsors, and partners to obtain resources and services needed for successful event delivery.
Cultivate positive relationships with participants, speakers, and business partners to support long-term collaboration.
Marketing & Communication:
Coordinate and execute promotional activities for recruitment events to attract potential agents.
Ensure all event-related announcements and marketing materials are accurate, consistent, and shared through appropriate communication channels in a timely manner.
On-site Execution:
Oversee all on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution from setup through closing.
Address any on-site challenges quickly and efficiently while ensuring an excellent experience for attendees.
Post-event Review & Reporting:
Collect participant feedback and analyze key event metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in event planning or management .Experience in a similar role is added advantage. Fresh graduate welcome to apply!
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
Proficient in both verbal and written in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin.
