Arrange and conduct training programme and CAP exam.
Implement assessment program to retail outlet.
Organize training related event such as the employee training needs for retail outlet, as well as to manage the employee training profile and records.
To analyse and rectify issue on competency gap.
To deal with external trainer or agency for any training related activities.
To ensure all training programme is being completed timely.

Job Requirements

Must attained the TTT certified trainer.
Have a strong people communication skill and good presentation skill while providing training to employees.
Possess excellent emotional intelligence.
Possess time management, analysing and observation skills.
Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
