Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external training programs according to the company's training calendar.
Manage training logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and evaluation forms.
Liaise with training providers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth program delivery.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Assist in identifying employees' training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and management input.
Support in developing annual training plans aligned with organizational goals.
Training Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update training records, databases, and attendance logs.
Prepare post-training reports, evaluations, and ROI summaries for management review.
Content & Program Development
Assist in developing training materials, slides, and e-learning modules.
Support internal trainers in designing engaging and effective learning sessions.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure training programs comply with HRDF/HRD Corp requirements (if applicable).
Coordinate submissions for training claims and ensure timely documentation.
Employee Engagement
Support initiatives that promote continuous learning and development.
Assist in organizing employee engagement or team-building activities.
Required Skills:
1 year of working experience in Training/HR/Generalist or equivalent experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiar with HRD Corp processes and Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to manage multiple training programs with minimal supervision.
