Role Overview
As a Training Executive at Muse Consultancy Asia, you will design and develop corporate training proposals, course outlines, and learning materials for both HRD Corp-claimable and non-claimable programmes. You'll also be responsible for sourcing and coordinating suitable trainers to match client requirements and programme objectives. Working closely with the Operations & Commercials Manager, you will translate client needs into effective, results-driven learning solutions with strong writing, sound understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to deliver quality work independently with accuracy, creativity, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop training proposals and course outlines based on client needs and business goals.
Collaborate with the Operations & Commercials Manager on programme design, costing, and packaging.
Source and coordinate suitable trainers for specific programmes and client industries.
Coordinate with trainers and subject-matter experts to shape learning objectives, agendas, and materials.
Oversee preparation of HRD Corp documentation (submissions, claim forms, attendance tracking).
Support the planning and delivery of in-house and client training sessions.
Maintain and update a repository of training content, templates, and feedback data.
What We're Looking For
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or HR consulting.
Familiarity with instructional design and adult-learning principles.
Strong writing and presentation skills, able to create well-structured, persuasive proposals.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Highly organised, detail-minded, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique environment where initiative matters.

What We Offer
Salary: RM?3,000?-?RM?3,500 per month, commensurate with experience
