Position Overview
o plan, coordinate, and implement effective training programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance in alignment with company standards and operational excellence within the F&B industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, organize, and conduct training programs for new and existing employees across all departments (e.g., service, kitchen, and operations).
Identify training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and operational requirements.
Prepare training materials, manuals, and SOPs that align with company policies and F&B industry standards.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with department heads and outlet managers to ensure consistent training implementation.
Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports accurately.
Work closely with external training providers or consultants when required.
Support in developing career progression plans and internal training calendars.
Ensure all employees comply with food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.
Conduct refreshment training to maintain service consistency and brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and hygiene standards.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design engaging and practical training programs.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of e-learning tools is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
