Job Description



Job Summary
This position is responsible to plan and manage overall training processes that support internal and external stakeholders including identifying training needs, conception of training journey, developing training program/material, conducting training and training evaluation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, establish and update training programme/material to improve productivity
  • Develop learning objectives and design deliverables
  • Perform training needs assessments and design appropriate trainings based on findings
  • Conduct physical and virtual training
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programme and recommend improvements
  • Develop communication or training materials via social media platform for knowledge sharing



Key Requirements
  • Degree in any related field
  • Min 3 years of relevant working experience, within Insurance Industry
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to conduct trainings in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Powerpoint)
  • Willingness to travel when required
