Monitor monthly progress uptake of training courses by delivery and types
Report on results and make appropriate recommendations
Develop relationships with key accounts to understand their training needs
To work with Marketing to develop, implement, and monitor a marketing plan to ensure that training opportunities are marketed effectively
Design and develop training activities based on the needs identified
Monitor course feedback and work with Training operations to make changes as depicted by feedback
Identify market trends for training and assist in the creation or development of new products, in conjunction with subject matter experts aligned to the business strategy
Identify key accounts to cross-sell training in line with the business strategic plan
Deliver creative and innovative ideas for change and continuous improvement
Work with the enterprise and resellers managers to implement fit-for purpose and highly profitable resellers and enterprise strategy
Cultivate relationships with major industry bodies, and educational or training institutions to promote training
Deploy and maximize market penetration of the training portfolio
Develop and ensure a more strategic customer journey through digital transformation
Effective communication, influencing, and persuasiveness skills
Entrepreneurial business development skills
Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Degree level or equivalent education or proven experience in training business
Experience working in a training environment preferred
Understanding of eLearning and digital training
Excellent organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Be proactive, flexible and a positive willing to learn attitude.
