Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
Identify and assess future and current training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Partner with the senior Factory leadership to develop and implement effective L&D programs that will support the strategic growth of the business aligned with the factory\'s objectives
Support managers develop their team through career pathing, including talent and succession required development initiatives
Responsible to manage L&D budget and HRDF contribution and claim
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\'s Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent experience
Proven working experience as Training Manager
Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, OTJ, in-class training, e-learning, workshops, simulations
