Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
  • Partner with the senior Factory leadership to develop and implement effective L&D programs that will support the strategic growth of the business aligned with the factory\'s objectives
  • Support managers develop their team through career pathing, including talent and succession required development initiatives
  • Responsible to manage L&D budget and HRDF contribution and claim
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience as Training Manager
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, OTJ, in-class training, e-learning, workshops, simulations
