Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with organizational goals and automotive industry standards.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads, especially Production, Quality, and After-Sales teams.
Prepare and manage the annual training budget.
2. Program Development & Implementation
Design, organize, and deliver technical and non-technical training programs (e.g., automotive systems, quality control, safety, customer service).
Coordinate with external training providers, OEMs, and technical institutions for specialized automotive training.
Implement onboarding programs for new hires and continuous learning programs for existing employees.
3. Competency Development
Develop competency matrices for all positions, especially in production, service, and engineering roles.
Ensure certification and competency compliance for all technical staff as per OEM or regulatory requirements.
Track and assess skill improvement post-training.
4. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance.
Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
Continuously review and improve training materials based on technological updates in the automotive field.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with HR, Production, Quality, and After-Sales departments to align training with operational needs.
Liaise with external partners such as the Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp) and automotive training institutions.
Support management in talent development and succession planning initiatives.
