Job Description


  • Plan and design training program for all levels of employees according to business requirements.
  • Analyze and develop training program for develop employee potential and work effectively and in line with the overall company\'s strategy and current trends.
  • Monitor the team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with manager of each team.
  • Manage and record both internal and external training data of employees within department.
  • Follow up on new technology and relevant knowledge to be applied to management effectively.
  • Ensure the team is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
  • Create and manage the training budget and submit to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
