Plan and design training program for all levels of employees according to business requirements.
Analyze and develop training program for develop employee potential and work effectively and in line with the overall company\'s strategy and current trends.
Monitor the team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with manager of each team.
Manage and record both internal and external training data of employees within department.
Follow up on new technology and relevant knowledge to be applied to management effectively.
Ensure the team is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future.
Create and manage the training budget and submit to management.
Other duties as assigned.
