• Assist SME in conducting on job training to production dipping group leader in managing the dipping process with reference to established standard practices/method.
• Ensure dipping group leader is trained and developed the competency to enhance the operation efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct training & retraining to post treatment group leader, packing group leader, inspector, and operator with reference to the developed training material & established training schedule.
• Monitoring and verifying the post treatment group leader, packing group leader, inspector, and operator in carrying out the packing process control according to standard work practices/method
• Participate on daily shop floor meeting/discussion and keep up to date changes, improvement & new initiative in respective dipping process area
• Conduct daily process control verification together with post treatment group leader, packing group leader and operator to observe any abnormal activities or nonconformity as a result of worker incompetency. Provide immediate guidance and coaching when necessary
• Provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates (if any).
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTSEducation:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or any equivalent.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 1-3-year similar working experience and pass the evaluation test.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

• Ability to clearly communicate the work practices/method to the respective workers that are to be trained
• Ability to elaborate the cause and effect of good/bad work practices
• Ability to master the entire workflow and best practices of in process control
• Possess self-learning attitude
