Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent personal presentation and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills, with fluent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Possesses keen insight and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and service.
• Passionate about the education sector and seeks long-term career development in the industry.
• Prior experience in effective class management or the training industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans based on key work points and actual project conditions, and regularly prepare work summaries.
• Responsible for organizing training preparation, leading class training, and ensuring the smooth progress of training.
• Planning and organizing student activities (including planning, student company visits, team building, mobile classrooms, business trips, and salons).
• Responsible for supervising and guiding students to complete corresponding course assignments to ensure the learned content is transformed.
• Responsible for organizing outstanding students' visits to enterprises and completing the planning of enterprise service content.
• Responsible for sales support of open classes by identifying and analyzing the needs of prospective students and matching appropriate product solutions.
