Job Responsibility Keep records and reports up to date. Social media posting/scheduling Auto pm (mleads pro) Whatsapp blasting (wsapme) - campaign, survey & adhoc Email blasting Website management/ maintenance Manage data in spreadsheets Maintenance and all related to parecon Purchase and issue order in accordance to specifications. Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items among suppliers & customers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site/store on time. Assist in following up orders abroad; if any. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products. Updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Prepare reports and summarize data including sales reports and costing reports. Preparation of documents in accordance with project requirements. Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logistical expenses. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests. Job Requirements At least 1 year of working experience in procurement/ supply chain/ warehouse/ inventory (including internship) Bachelor\'s degree/diploma in business studies or relevant field Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to communicate by verbal and written means, clearly and effectively with coworkers and suppliers Computer literate Possess own transport Job Benifits Training Provided EPF & Socso Annual Leave Normal shift Overtime pay Performance Incentive Allowance provided Free Parking (car) Good career exposure with lots of learning opportunities
