Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin (spoken).
• Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - TRAINING Provided
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Startek Ara Damansara and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will play an important role in:

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products
• To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
• Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
