Training Specialist 1
BE trainer role and responsibility:
- To certify operators based on certification checklist
- To train operators on critical processes
- To conduct class training for operators when need arises.
- Able to work with line leaders on the operator certification
- To review work instruction and highlight any abnormality encountered to engineers
Job requirements:
- The candidate needs to familiar with BE processes
- Have passion to guide and train operators.
- Able to work independently
