• Constantly improve training programs based on feedback, monitoring and observation.
• Consult with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs.
• Coordinate training schedules with the training demands of the organization.
• Formulate training session plans and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, workshops and webinars.
• Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, etc.
• Monitor methods used by employees for specified duties and make on the spot corrections, make suggestions on improving work procedures within the organization and provide ad-hoc support for procedures within the organization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, Professional Degree in related field.
• Preferably a minimum of 3 years forwarding/logistics/shared service experience.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas and must be a corporate/technical trainer.
• Experience in managing large teams, good stakeholder management, and able to do documentation.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, creative, proactive, mature, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
• The trainer needs to be able to learn and understand different systems (Axiom, Unibis, SAP, should be an advantage) and deliver a training on these processes.
