Location:Penang -Salary:CompetitiveType:PermanentMain Industry:Other Industries & Skills:Education & Training ManufacturingAdvertiser:Job ID:130695880Posted On:23 June 2024Key Responsibilities-Assist in coordinating the training workflow from training need analysis to evaluation of the training effectiveness.
-Work together with the training team to develop and deliver training tools for operations based on the business need.
-Administration of Training Record System (TRS) to ensure records accuracy and up to date. Job scope inclusive of Creation and Maintenance of TRS training plans & records
-Communicate with respective team on TRS issue resolution at site level and communication and liaison with the TRS Global team.
-Administration of training procedures in the document system, including uploading new documents/procedures and change process.
-Follow up with the Qualification and re-qualification of those carrying out training (Train the Trainer)
-Evaluation and Periodic review of manufacturing practices and of those carrying out training.
-Actively involved in corrective action follow-ups when applicable (NCEP, Audits, etc.)
-Participate in training related projects to continuously improve the Training system within the business context.
Job Requirements-Minimum Degree level education with relevant working experience.
-Possess 3-5 years experiences in the regulated environment and with the Learning Management System administration and production trainer experience are beneficial.
-Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
-Good organizing skill with the ability to generate group dynamic and interpersonal skills.
-Good communication: read/write/oral.
-A comfort level with presenting and speaking in front of groups.
-MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-General aptitude and comfort level with software applications
